There's been terrific hysteria in the build-up to this match, as Manchester United and Chelsea battle it out at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow to decide the UEFA Champions League final. Moscow Meltdown, Wonder Wednesday, the Game of Games... call it what you will, it could be a corker.

After retaining their Premiership crown, Manchester United will now be looking to win this competition for the third time in their history. United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has often lamented his side's inability to covert their near dominance of English football over the last 15 years to the European stage. Victory in this final would give Ferguson his second European Cup win during his tenure in charge, his first coming in the famous 1999 treble-winning season. The game will also be a huge test for United's golden boy Cristiano Ronaldo (pictured), who despite enjoying a phenomenal season, still has questions marks levelled against him when it comes to the big games.

Chelsea's progression to the final has added significance for Roman Abramovich, the club's billionaire Russian owner. His dream of seeing his side play in Europe's showpiece final in Moscow has now been fulfilled. After parting company with fan favourite Jose Mourinho earlier in the season, Abramovich will be hoping that under-pressure manager Avram Grant will be able to deliver the biggest prize in European club football for the first time in the club's history.

Presented by Steve Rider, the match commentary is by Clive Tyldesley and David Pleat, there's studio analysis from Andy Townsend and former Man Utd and Chelsea striker Mark Hughes, and pitchside reports from Gabriel Clarke and Ned Boulting.

A NAS doesn't offer the full functionality of a standard OS so running applications or web services on one isn't likely to happen. If you had a PC providing a NAS function, it could be made to work. I have a machine in my garage that runs digiguide and a couple of DVB recording cards. It gets on with recording all the programs I select and I view them from a low-spec media centre type PC in the house.

Ricky Hatton (pictured) returns to the ring, and the United Kingdom, to take on Mexican Juan Lazcano at the City of Manchester Stadium for the IBO light-welterweight title. Can the Lancashire lad pick himself up after his first defeat to Floyd Mayweather last year?

"Every fight is equally hard, but after getting knocked on my back it's an extra incentive," said Hatton. "I have to prove the critics who say I won't come back wrong." Thirty-five thousand Ricky ralliers travelled to Las Vegas in December to get behind their hero as he faced Mayweather for the world welterweight title. Hatton may have lost that fight, but his fans refused to be ko'd, and so 'The Hitman' will hail his followers with a homecoming bout on their terms.

Hatton will live out a childhood dream of headlining at the City of Manchester Stadium, home of his beloved Manchester City, with his UK-based fans able to catch all the action of the peak-time fight, live and in HD on Sky Box Office.

"It is a homecoming fight and it's an absolute dream come true to be fighting back in Manchester, because I thought I was going to finish my career in the US. It's all about fulfilling goals now I'm nearing the end of my career."

A sellout crowd of 55,000 is expected for the fight, breaking the British record of 42,000 for Nigel Benn v Chris Eubank at Old Trafford in 1993, which was also the last open-air fight. However, Hatton isn't intimidated by the expectation of his fans. "It's not about how many people I'd be letting down, it's about how many people I'd be making proud." Hatton, a true blue, will be hoping his football-style supporters have something to be proud about, but either way, they will undoubtedly sing all the way for the local hero. After all, Manchester truly is the Hatton wonderland.

We're nearing the end of this current run of Later... with Jools Holland which has been spruced up by adding a live insert on the Tuesday evening (when the show is recorded), some of which may (or may not) be used in this longer edition. Tonight's big draw is Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.

A prolific musician, songwriter, author, screenwriter and occasional actor, Cave (pictured) is an acquired taste. His blunt growl, intense lyrics and the harsh, garage sound of his band are not for everyone, but his cult following remains super-strong. Now playing material from Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!!, his 14th album with the Bad Seeds, numbers include the set's title track, plus Jesus of the Moon and Midnight Man.

There's also abrasive, uncompromising, riff-laden rock from The Raconteurs, who feature the White Stripes' Jack White within their ranks. Songs include Salute Your Solution and Old Enough.

Ex-Texas front woman Sharleen Spiteri is also on hand. Now solo, she performs All The Times I Cried and It Was You from her forthcoming album. Other acts include acclaimed Glasgwegian four-piece Glasvegas (performing Geraldine and Daddy's Gone), indie folkster Bon Iver (playing Skinny Love), and four-piece bluegrass combo Chatham County Line (performing The Carolinan).

Last, but not least, there's ex-Simply Red singer Mick Hucknall, now promoting his first solo record, a tribute to 1950s blues and soul singer Bobby "Blue" Bland. Hucknall, along with Jools, performs Farther Up The Road, Bland's first major hit in 1957. Nice. Paul Strange

Sky's pay-TV plan on hold again

Sky's plan for a pay-TV service on Freeview has been placed on hold again after media regulator Ofcom announced the idea was to face further scrutiny.

The broadcaster wants to offer four paid-for Sky channels on digital terrestrial television, offering news, sports, films and entertainment.

It would replace Sky News, Sky Sports News and Sky Three on Freeview.

Ofcom said further consultation was needed as part of its inquiry into competition in the wider pay-TV market.

This began in March 2007, after Virgin Media lost access to some channels from Sky, which dominates the pay-TV market.

The regulator decided a consultation on the four proposed channels would begin by the end of the summer and would be considered "alongside the wider market investigation".

No licence cash for C4: BBC head

BBC Trust chairman Sir Michael Lyons has spoken out against calls to use the licence fee to help fund Channel 4.

He told the Royal Society of Arts that "well-meaning" intervention could risk turning Channel 4 into "BBC Five".

Any debate about the future of public service broadcasting, he said, must be in the interest of audiences, and not broadcasters - including the BBC.

Using some of the licence fee to fund unprofitable Channel 4 shows was recently suggested by Ofcom. The plan, the watchdog said, would help the BBC's rivals pay for public service programming, such as news and children's shows.

The critics have been most impressed with this dramatic episode, in which a tornado hits Wisteria Lane, forcing residents to take cover in basements, cellars and safe rooms. Described as "corking" and "a breath of fresh air", much of the proceedings unfold as a long flashback, and one of the cast departs... permanently.

As the tornado comes in, Susan discovers how bad Mike's drug habit has become and ends up at the hospital after falling down the stairs, Lynette and her family take refuge at a neighbour's house and Gaby makes it plain to Edie that she's unimpressed with Carlos's financial dealings. Meanwhile Bree (Marcia Cross, pictured, right) tries to play the Good Samaritan.

With preview discs thin on the ground, no one knows for sure exactly what will be happening in this latest instalment of the reality show. What we do know for certain is that Sir Alan Sugar (pictured) has set the seven remaining candidates a tricky assignment.

The teams have to design and market their own brands of tissues, which will push their advertising and branding skills to the limit. And the pressure is really on as they have just two days to produce and direct a story-based ad campaign before pitching it to one of the world's biggest advertising agencies.

Naturally with that kind of pressure, it's not long before creative temperaments flare. Those tissues are going to come in very handy, by the sound of it...

In recent weeks the story of Elisabeth Fritzl, who was locked in a cellar and repeatedly raped by her father over 24 years, has stunned the world. Her father, Josef (pictured), stands accused of imprisoning Elisabeth and using her as a sex slave in an underground bunker beneath his house in the provincial Austrian town of Amstetten.

Over nearly a quarter of a century Elisabeth bore him seven children. Three of whom were kept in the cellar with her, three were taken to live upstairs with her father and his wife, while one baby was incinerated in the cellar furnace when he died a few days after birth.

This documentary examines the story so far and asks how Josef Fritzl managed to keep his horrific crimes hidden for so long.

Difficult, but uplifting times

This documentary - which focuses on film-maker Sue Bourne's mother, who has Alzheimer's, and how the family has coped with her condition - has had a mixed critical reaction. Most agree that it's "difficult to watch", but some have found it "uplifting", while others clearly hate it, feeling it's far too intrusive.

Film-maker Sue Bourne has a string of successful documentaries to her name, most recently Cutting Edge's My Street, Wedding Days and the Emmy-nominated The Falling Man. With Mum and Me, Sue has turned the cameras on her own family to produce a searing, honest, funny, tragic, yet ultimately uplifting, documentary. Filmed over three years with her teenage daughter, Holly, Mum and Me is the story of how Sue and her family have fumbled along, trying to come to terms with her mother's Alzheimer's.

"I thought long and hard about whether to make this film and expose myself, my mother and my daughter," says Sue. "But I realised there was something special about mum and her Alzheimer's, because she's taught us to laugh in the face of adversity. She refuses to be miserable or self-pitying and through it all has retained her sense of humour. Everything I'd seen about Alzheimer's was devastatingly miserable, so I wanted this film to show that, in spite of Alzheimer's, you can still laugh together and have fun."

Sue's widowed mother, Ethel (pictured, centre) was diagnosed with Alzheimer's six years ago and now lives in a nursing home in Ayr, Scotland. Once a month, Sue (pictured, left) makes the 800-mile round trip from London to visit her - sometimes with her daughter, Holly (pictured, right). This film tells the story of those visits, the conversations, the daily phone calls and the little holidays the three of them have had.

Good times and bad times are described with equal honesty, and it's a brave film that pulls no punches as it explores what Alzheimer's does to someone's mind and the toll it takes on the family.

Mum and Me will strike a chord with many people - it's about family and love and the final commentary encapsulates the spirit of the film.

"I want mum to live for ever and ever just the way she is," says Sue. "But, sadly, I know this won't happen. Her Alzheimer's means she's going to get worse. All Holly and I can hope for is that in the time we've got left the three of us will laugh some more together."

In a world where the lottery of nature defines your height, size and features, individuals can become celebrities based simply on how they look. But is being staggeringly tall or amazingly small a curse or a gift? What is everyday life like when you look extraordinary? And who is behind the images of these people circulating on the internet and in the media?

In The World's Smallest Man and Me, broadcaster Mark Dolan sets off on a global quest to learn the truth about these individuals' lives. His exploration not only uncovers some incredible stories, but becomes a personal journey for Mark as his own preconceptions are challenged at every turn.

Following the death of 71cm Nelson de la Rosa in 2006, a number of possible contenders for the title of World's Smallest Man emerged. So Mark sets off to meet them, trying to discover what such a title might mean to them and their families.

Mark's journey first takes him to the village of Pokhara in Nepal, where a 16-year-old boy named Khagendra Thapa Magar lives. Khagendra, at 64cm, is certainly one of the smallest people in the world, but is he the very smallest? As Mark begins to learn more about Khagendra, he discovers that many people view the 16-year-old as some sort of deity or incarnation of God, and he is becoming so much of a celebrity that even when he goes to pray at a nearby Buddhist monastery there are monks keen to capture pictures of him on mobile phones. Being paraded around the country by his manager to make money for Khagendra and his family is one thing, but what price might the boy pay for the fame that may soon come his way if he is indeed crowned the smallest man in the world?

Mark's journey then takes him to Taiwan, to find a man he's read about named Lin Yu-Chih. Yu-Chih, whose height has been recorded at 67.5cm, has become something of a celebrity, and has written an autobiography and a song about his status as one of the world's smallest men. Having suffered from brittle bone disease since he was a child, Yu-Chih is very fragile and gets around in a motorised wheelchair. The most exercise he can get is a game of Nintendo Wii tennis, which he plays with Mark as they get to know each other. It's during this visit that Mark discovers the dark side to Yu-Chih's fame, but finds Yu-Chih is a stronger man than his fragile body might suggest. As Mark's time with him comes to an end, Yu-Chih suggests Mark track down another contender for the title of world's smallest man - He Ping Ping.

Mark travels to Inner Mongolia. After unsuccessful attempts to contact He Ping Ping's family by phone, Mark travels to his home in a remote village to see if he can arrange a meeting face-to-face. But He Ping Ping's brother-in-law, who acts as his manager, demands Mark pay up before he can see the contender for the smallest man title. Parting with £400 - the equivalent of two years' income for a household in rural China - Mark finally meets He Ping Ping (pictured). A 19-year-old who plays poker and smokes two packets of cigarettes a day, He Ping Ping has the appearance of a man much older. He invites Mark to stay and celebrate Chinese New Year with him. At 74cm he's taller than Khagendra, but the Nepalese boy is still too young to be declared the World's Smallest. And with difficulties in measuring the actual size of Yu-Chih because of his deformed legs and brittle bones, He Ping Ping is technically the official World's Smallest Man. But does he want the title? Do Khagendra or Yu-Chih really seek it? Or is the title much more important to the people around them - the ones who stand to profit from the recognition?

As I have no idea what that means I'm not sure if it's something I should be doing or something you are thinking of maybe doing? Like an "Option" to just mouse over for a popup of all the info I use so it would only require the same "1" click I'm used to? Or a choice to show the info in the little alert window without a mouse over or a click to see it?

As the fourth and final season of the critically acclaimed drama continues, the Demetrius returns to the fleet with the Cylon base ship in tow. President Roslin (Mary McDonnell, pictured, with Edward James Olmos as Admiral Adama) finds her leadership challenged when Galactica aligns with Cylon rebels to destroy the enemy's Resurrection Hub.

While the fleet question her loyalty, as Baltar broadcasts news of her "visions" involving Cylons, the cancer-stricken President turns to Starbuck for help. She travels to meet the Hybrid in the hope of discovering the meaning behind the words: "the dying leader shall know the truth of the opera house".

But trusting the Cylons has seemingly disastrous consequences when the reconnected Hybrid orders the base ship to jump away from the fleet. Where have the Cylons taken the President?

Six years ago the award-winning journalist Jon Ronson began filming what has turned into a most extraordinary and chilling documentary.

The Reverend George Exoo (pictured) is a seemingly jolly, but not very successful Unitarian minister from Beckley, West Virginia who has drifted into helping non-terminally ill people commit suicide. George claims that so far he has helped more than 100 people commit suicide. George extols the values of death and constantly explains how he can't wait for his own death because it will be a great adventure.

At the start of filming, Jon Ronson believed that everyone has the right to terminate their own lives. However, as the film progresses, Jon begins to change his mind and also starts to have serious reservations about what the Reverend George Exoo does and about the motives of his new assistant Susan, who claims she'll practically help anyone kill themselves if the price is right. "For George it's a calling," she says. "For me it's a business."

At the same time, George is facing extradition proceedings for his part in a suicide in Ireland. If you think your calling from God is to help people die, are you a saint or something more dangerous?

Following on from its successful launch last year, Men in Trees continues its exclusive run on LIVING with more hotly anticipated brand new episodes from series 2. The show sees author, relationship coach and all out city girl Marin Frist (Anne Heche), discover a world outside her career-driven existence when fate maroons her in Elmo, a remote Alaskan town. After a somewhat shaky start, Marin soon settled in and started to think Elmo could be the perfect place to re-evaluate everything she knows about men; the ratio of males to females there is ten to one, after all.

Previously, Marin had started to worry about the lack of contact she was having with her love interest, Jack (James Tupper), who was studying whales in the Bering Sea aboard a research ship. When her publisher Stuart (Jason O'Mara) made it clear he wanted more than a professional relationship with her, she began to wonder whether her budding romance with Jack was worth waiting for. To further complicate matters, local radio DJ Patrick (Derek Richardson) - who was suffering from amnesia - also took a shine to Marin, much to his partner Annie's (Emily Bergl) horror.

In this week's episode, Marin's old flatmate Cash (Scott Elrod) makes a surprise return to Elmo, and brings a shocking secret with him. Following Pastor Eric's (Nicholas Lea) decision to return to the church and start his own congregation, his girlfriend, Sara (Suleka Mathew), decides to lend him her support. She offers Eric a temporary haven while he rebuilds the church, but complications soon arise for the celibate couple. Also this week, Patrick's father, Buzz (John Amos), tries to help his son regain his memory, and Marin receives shocking news about Jack. This romantic comedy makes a triumphant return this week, only on LIVING.

Corrupt official Father Lorenzo (Javier Bardem) clears him in exchange for a portrait, but Goya's muse Inés (Natalie Portman, pictured) is tortured and imprisoned for her alleged Judaism. As Spain's fortunes are caught between Napoleonic and British forces, the fates of this unlikely trio rise and fall with surprising, and tragic, consequences.

In her dual role as Inés and also her daughter Alicia, Natalie Portman lives up to her reputation as one of Hollywood's most serious young actresses, and Javier Bardem turns in another powerful performance as the conflicted, compelling Lorenzo. But the characters are ultimately just pawns in a rapidly changing history. Director Milos Forman mixes political satire and lavish period drama in a stunningly sumptuous film that brings Goya's art to life.

The new and exclusive US series, Ghost Hunters International, follows the work of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) - a paranormal investigation unit which is contacted by people from across the globe who think they have experienced interference from a non-physical entity. Investigators Robb Demarest and Andy Andrews lead the team on an exploration of some of the spookiest locations in Europe.

This week's series premiere sees the team travel to one of the most haunted places in England: Chillingham Castle. The castle's dungeon was once used as a torture chamber, with countless executions also taking place in the cell. Visitors and caretakers have reported hearing voices, while the presence of a woman's spirit has been felt in the castle chapel. One of the castle's most famous ghosts is the 'blue boy', who can be heard crying and moaning in agony when the clock strikes midnight. When the cries stop, an old four-poster bed is suddenly bathed in light and anyone sleeping there sees the figure of a young boy. Many years ago, the bones of a male child were found behind the walls of the room the bed is in.

Also this week, TAPS heads to Edinburgh to investigate the Real Mary King's Close - an underground city which was used to quarantine victims of the plague. After hearing stories of unexplained noises - including that of horse-drawn carriages - and shadowy figures roaming the streets, the team is eager to get to the truth behind the eerie claims. However, when Barry decides to use a new tactic to collect evidence, no-one is prepared for what is uncovered.

Incredibly it's more than 40 years since Pink Floyd - the hippy-trippy underground band who went on to become one of the biggest brand names in music - released their debut album The Piper at the Gates of Dawn. This documentary traces the band's formative years, shedding light on their original frontman - the late, great Syd Barrett - what happened to him, how he was levered out of the line-up and how the band moved on, slowly progressing under different leaders.

Fascinating for old and new fans alike, the programme has plenty of rare archive footage, plus interviews with the four surviving members of Pink Floyd - Roger Waters, David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Richard Wright (pictured). And the programme's title? It refers to a question asked by a dumb American music executive, and was also a slogan used on T-shirts by Roger Waters in the late 80s to promote his own tour.

Worth a look, although it doesn't add that much to previous Floyd documentaries, despite the Barrett and Live 8 updates. Paul Strange

This programme (shown last year on BBC One) is part of a Pink Floyd night on BBC Four. It's followed by the Classic Albums programme on the making of The Dark Side of the Moon album, and the Omnibus documentary on Syd Barrett. Inevitably there is some overlap between the various programmes, with some shared footage.

Martin Scorsese's impressive remake of the 1962 thriller stars Robert De Niro (pictured) as cigar-smoking, tattooed, bible-bashing, psychopath rapist Max Cady, out of prison after 14 years, and intent on revenge.

But simply murdering Sam Bowden (Nick Nolte) - the small-town lawyer who did him wrong at his trial - isn't sufficient for Cady. Instead he wants to strike the fear of God into Bowden and his family forever. But strangely, as Cady's nefarious plans unfold, the Bowden women (Jessica Lange and Juliette Lewis) become attracted to him, culminating in a stunning climax aboard their houseboat on the Cape Fear river in North Carolina.

Released in 1991, this is high-quality Scorsese, unusually aimed at the mainstream, that is as good as the original. De Niro gives an especially strong Oscar-nominated performance as the madcap Cady. Highly recommended. Paul Strange

Did you know? Noted for his method acting, Robert De Niro apparently paid a dentist $5,000 to make his teeth look dreadful for the role of Max Cady. After filming, he paid $20,000 to have his teeth repaired.

Javascript changes for the new in place descriptio by Russ Freeman

In order to add toolbar buttons and drop down lists to the in place description we needed to add a few new APIs.

A brief overview of how it works;
To populate the toolbar DigiGuide calls a new event called "onInPlaceDescriptionToolbar". You'd subscribe to this event as follows:

app.addEventHandler( "onInPlaceDescriptionToolbar", my_onInPlaceDescriptionToolBarEvent );

Once the above code is executed your callback function, my_onInPlaceDescriptionToolBarEvent, will get called each time a in place description is either displayed or refreshed.

A typical callback function might look like this:

function my_onInPlaceDescriptionToolBarEvent( prog, toolbar )
{
  toolbar.addButton( "my-icon.png", my_onButtonEvent, "<b>Click my button</b>
Click the button  for " + prog.name, 100000, true, true );
}

You can add as many toolbar buttons as you like. The large number, 100000, is the order number. This allows you to position your buttons as you'd like them no matter what order the scripts get executed. The standard buttons are added with order numbers that allow plenty of extra buttons in between.

When the user selects your button your callback for that button will be executed:
